These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of POD Masterclass ("the Service"). By purchasing a subscription or accessing the course, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You will receive an email receipt for each charge
• To cancel, contact us at support@podmasterclass.com

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for partial months or if the account has been terminated for a breach of these terms.

3. Course Access

• Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment
• Login credentials are sent to the email address provided at checkout
• Your account is for personal use only — sharing credentials is not permitted
• Access is maintained for as long as your subscription is active

4. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, written materials, worksheets, and templates — is the intellectual property of POD Masterclass. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any course content without explicit written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The course is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about specific income results. Business outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POD Masterclass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
