Positive Changes Ahead

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can remember something between one page and the next. This page lists every cookie Positive Changes Ahead sets, who sets it, what it is for, and how long it stays.

The short version

Two of these are unavoidable if you want to use the site: one keeps you signed in to your course, and one lets our payment processor take a payment safely. The rest are there to tell us how the site is doing and whether our adverts work. Those are not necessary, and clearing them costs you nothing except that we lose sight of how people found us.

Strictly necessaryRequired

Needed for the site to work at all. These keep you signed in and let payments complete. They cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

AnalyticsOptional

Tell us which pages people read and where they leave, so the course and the site can be improved. Nothing here identifies you by name to us.

Turning them off

Every browser lets you see the cookies a site has set and delete them, usually under Settings then Privacy. You can also block them entirely. Be aware that blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out of your course and stop checkout from completing, because those are the cookies doing that work.

The analytics and marketing cookies come from Google and Meta. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on, and adjust what Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences.

Third parties

We do not control the cookies set by Google, Meta or Stripe, and those companies can change the names and lifetimes listed above without telling us. What we can tell you is which of their scripts we load and why, which is what the tables above describe. Their own policies govern what they do with the data.

Changes

If we add or remove a tool that sets cookies, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. It is worth a look if you have not read it in a while.
